I have a little gentle cat who does not go in the guest room , he is 15, chilled and relaxed and of course very handsome his name is Ely(Eli) . He’s very good company. Has his own cat flap entrance x
My apartment is within 200 yards of The Royal centre Nottingham - 3 min walking distance. And 15 mins walk to The Nottingham Playhouse Theatre.

We are close to all shops, bars and restaurants but set in a quiet green space in the centre of this beautiful vibrant City.

All Rooms are modern clean single rooms with quality mattresses and bedding. (Not Box Room)

We offer Free Wi-Fi and some free Parking with Permit only.

You have full access to shared bathroom, lounge, and kitchen for cooking and laundry.

Stayed in Warrens room for a couple of nights at the end of our Beautiful Thing playhouse residency.

It's a lovely, clean and really great place location wise.

Gina and Warren were beyond welcoming!
