What does this mean?

Two double rooms available within a family home with use of the kitchen, shared bathroom & the garden. The rooms are available to rent for individual use or shared use.

There are three cats and a Jack Russell, plus myself and my husband. We are approximately ten minutes walk from the Cliffs Pavilion and about a seven minute walk from the Palace Theatre.

Westcliff Station is about a five to ten minute walk and there is on road parking on first come first served basis in the next road.

Tesco and Co-op are just around the corner. The wifi is super quick!

We are pretty laid back and hope you will feel comfortable with us!

Had a lovely stay! Clean and the room full of character. Easy to the theatre and right next to Tescos and Sainsbury’s. Would stay here again easily!
