2 x Double Room in Garden Flat with use of outdoor sauna + shower (Glasgow)

We have 2 double rooms available to let (separately or as entire unit) on the ground floor of our detached house in Glasgow's southside.

The apartment has its own entrance at the rear of the property. There are concrete floors with underfloor heating throughout, a kitchen, washing machine, micro etc., dining/lounge.

The ground floor opens into a large rear garden with a fire pit, plunge barrel and outdoor sauna (hopefully an outdoor shower soon....).

There is a custom-built music studio which is available to use a few free-ranging hens are running about as well. Lots of space to stretch your legs, store a bike safely etc. Good public transport links, 1.5 miles from the city centre.

The nearest tube is Shields Road (12 min walk) or Pollokshields East or West train station + regular bus links to the city centre. This is our family home and we live above with our 3 young children.

You'll hear us during the day, but by 7pm it is quiet!
