What does this mean?

Large double room on third floor of Victorian terrace in hip Jesmond, a suburb of Newcastle, two metro stops or a 20 minute walk from the centre of Newcastle. Shared bathroom with bath and shower on floor below. Free use of kitchen Washing machine and dryer for guest use. My husband is currently working from home and I around most days. Sunny back courtyard for guest use. Local shops, including Waitrose and Tesco 5 minutes away
We also have Jarvis, a friendly labradoodle.. but he likes to welcome guests with his bark!

I had the best stay with Brigid, Charles and their lovely dog. Wonderful people, and very helpful and accommodating of my changing check-in time. Location was so convenient for getting to the city centre. I will absolutely stay again!
