Quiet residential area in a Victorian detached home, offering a calm base between rehearsals, performances or contracts.

Excellent access to town and venues: ~5 minutes by train or direct bus into the town centre, where most theatres, performance spaces and nightlife are located. Journey is straightforward and suitable for evening finishes.

Shops and everyday essentials are within ~5 minutes’ walk. Teo local areas with international food shops and choice of restaurants and bars.
The beach is around a 20-minute walk for downtime and recovery between work days.

Well suited to performers or professionals working variable hours who need quick, reliable access to town while staying in a quieter home environment.
