What does this mean?

2-Bedroom second floor apartment (1 Double bed + 1 Bunk Beds). Ideal for couples.
The Apartment has an open plan kitchen/Dining area and separate lounge with a fully equipped kitchen for your own personal use, a comfortable large corner settee, iron & ironing board, fan & hairdryer. Bed linen is provided.
All Apartments have electric meters - these accept £1 coins (approx. average usage is £2.00 per day)
Towel Bales can be hired at £5.00 per bale

PLEASE NOTE: A 'non-refundable/transferable' 50% Deposit of the balance will be required upon booking by Baxter Holiday Apartments (you will be contacted for your Debit/Credit card details when you book). A refundable security deposit of £95 will be taken as a pre-authorised payment on the day of arrival - this will be released back into your bank account 7 days after departure.

Very pricey compared to other cast members accommodation. Standard looking, two flights of steps up with suitcases was not fun.

Everything you need in the kitchen, no washing machine. 8 minute walk to Grand theatre.

Overall a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for going above & beyond to make us feel comfortable & settled. Nicely renovated apartment, our only trouble was with the low WiFi signal within the bedrooms, but we got used to it after a while. Great location.
