Welcome to my light-filled, contemporary 2-bedroom apartment with stunning harbour views. Whether you’re unwinding on the private terrace overlooking the water or relaxing in the bright, open-plan living space, you’ll feel right at home.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its fantastic central location puts you just minutes from Bristol’s top theatres, restaurants, and cultural hotspots, making it an ideal base for theatre professionals.
The apartment has a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the theatre. With plenty of seating and a dining table for meals or remote work, it’s a great place to unwind with a view of the harbour.
The apartment features two comfortable double bedrooms. One has its own ensuite with shower, while the second bedroom has a bathroom conveniently located opposite with bath and shower. Both beds are super comfy.

There is no guest parking at the accommodation, but the apartment’s central location makes it easy to explore on foot or via public transport.
For those arriving by car, other neighbourhoods in Bristol offer free parking, and I’m happy to recommend nearby options. Additionally, metered short-stay parking is available on the street outside, and several long-term paid car parks are within a 10-minute walk. Absolutely 5 star accommodation. Kelly is a wonderful host and very helpful and communicative. Nothing to fault at all, except that as only the 2nd stop on this tour these digs have set the bar so high that nothing else is going to even come close. Gorgeous apartment and gorgeous location. Please note you may be asked to pay in cash but Kelly is flexible with this.

Kelly's place was wonderfully charming. A lovely spot, just by the river, the views were spectacular, and a gorgeous balcony with even some plants to water. Perfect location just a ten minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were clean, bright, spacious and cosy. Kelly was very communicative and always at hand if needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kelly was an absolutely incredible host, beyond accommodating and extremely communicative. The flat is gorgeous! The balcony is a real treat on hot summer evenings too! Many an after work wine consumed outside!
Had the most glorious 7 week stay here. Super easy walk to the Hippodrome and added bonus of Sandwich Sandwich just around the corner!
Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Bristol.

The finest digs I’ve ever stayed in - total luxury. The location on the river was so beautiful and right in the heart of Bristol. Close to theatre, sparkling clean, everything you need and great communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
