Currently bedrooms are not lockable. Bedroom 1 is yours and as an excluded occupier, I can enter the room to clean but I would not want to abuse this right! You will have full use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

My bedroom facing the street unless I state otherwise and have listed it while I’m on holiday is not for use, it is strictly out of bounds.
