What does this mean?

With a family member who’s a theatre professional and knows how important it is to have comfortable accommodation while working away from home, we decided to offer our Wirral holiday flat for the occasional let when we’re not using it.

It’s a two-bed two-bath first-floor self-contained flat in a quiet residential block close to the sea, not far from New Brighton Pavilion theatre.

Leasowe and Moreton train stations are nearby (a fair walk, easier by car), for access to Liverpool or Chester theatres. The whole of the flat is available, open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, small balcony, with bedroom one having a king size bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom two with double bed and access to bathroom, there’s allocated parking for one car.

An ideal place for two sharing comfortably. £50 a night, £250 a week.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful apartment which has everything you need and more. Wendy is wonderful and the welcome (and welcome pack!) is perfect.
Minutes from breathtaking views and beach and a perfect place to work from.
Can’t wait to return. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Really excellent digs. Perfect for New Brighton if you have a car. Spacious, comfy beds, good kitchen with a very generous welcome offering in the fridge and great communication from Wendy. Highly recommended!
