Guest Parking

There is no private parking available at the property. Limited on-street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to local restrictions and availability.

Guests travelling by car should check Edinburgh Council parking information before arrival, as parking in central Edinburgh can be limited during the festival period. Public transport is strongly recommended, with frequent buses and the tram within easy walking distance.

The Area and Transport

The flat is located on Easter Road in Leith (EH6), a vibrant area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops nearby, while still being well connected to Edinburgh’s festival venues.

There are bus stops directly outside the flat, with frequent services into the city centre. Waverley Station is around 15 minutes by bus, and George Square (a major Fringe hub) is around 25 minutes by bus. The Leith Walk tram stop is approximately a 5-minute walk away, providing easy connections across the city.

Nearby theatre and festival venues are easily accessible by public transport, including Assembly venues, Pleasance Courtyard, Gilded Balloon and the Edinburgh Festival Theatre. Holyrood Park and Leith Links are also nearby for relaxing outdoors between performances.

The property is offered as a whole private flat for one booking group only. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire flat during their stay and it will not be shared with hosts or other guests.

Guests will have private use of both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, utility area and private terrace/garden space. The bedrooms have doors which can be closed for privacy (please note these are not individually lockable bedrooms).

Excluded Facilities

Two locked cupboards containing the hosts' personal belongings will not be available for guest use. All other rooms and facilities within the property are available to guests.
