A self-contained townhouse in The Georgian Quarter within walking distance of most theatres, with the Everyman and Unity just around the corner. Our guests love the quiet setting, the cozy furnishings. and the building's secure access via a cute garden path via Lowther Street, where parking is available. It's perfect for anyone who needs somewhere to stay in Liverpool City Centre on a short to medium-term basis, but long-term stays are welcome too.
The whole place oozes charm – it’s a beautifully restored house that takes up the whole annexe of a huge Georgian building. It's got two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, all spaciously spread across four floors and accessed via a leafy garden path at the back of the building, just a few minutes' walk from Hope Street, so it's very near The Everyman, The Unity, The Empire and The Playhouse.

• We live and work in the house next door, so just let us know if you need anything during your stay.
• The capacity is listed as four, but that depends on whether you're prepared to share beds.
• This house has two en-suite double bedrooms, one of which has a single bunk bed above the double, which brings the maximum number of guests up to five people (at a squeeze)

– Please keep the gate fully locked at all times.

– Any extra guests not mentioned at the time of booking will not be allowed to stay.
– Check-In between 3pm and 9pm. Check-Out before 11am. Arrival and departure times should be sent via email at your earliest convenience after booking. Please send a message if you need to arrive/depart at another time and we'll try our best to accommodate you too, but I'm afraid we can't check you in late (after shows).
– Lost or not returned keys will incur a £100 replacement charge (due to the cost of changing the locks).
