About these Digs
Hotel
This is a lovely second floor apartment in the heart of the most eclectic part of Ipswich town centre.
There are two bathrooms - one a family bathroom and one a shower room.
The main feature of this apartment is that the Master bedroom has a king size bed in it that can be split into 2 x twin beds.
IMPORTANT
Please note that we require payment 14 days in advance of arrival, preferably by bank transfer, as we have a 2% surcharge for card payments to cover our costs. Our cancellation and curtailment policy is also a rolling 14 days.
We also require a £200 security deposit against any damages and exceptional cleaning required at the end of your stay. This will be refunded, in full or in part as appropriate, within 5 days of departure.
Please note that arrival is between 3pm and 8pm and departure by 10am. Arrivals between 8-9pm are charged at £25, from 9-10pm it's £50, and after 10pm it's a flat rate of £150 (if this will apply to you, we'd recommend staying in a hotel for the first night). Departures after 10am are charged at £25 per hourly period until midday, after which an additional night would need to be booked.
