The apartments’ prime location keeps all amenities practically at your doorstep, allowing for easy access to everything the city has to offer.
2 min walk to Deansgate, offering a variety of restaurants, shops and architecture. 5 mins to Oxford Road, one of the city’s busiest streets, and 10 mins to Piccadilly and a short walk to Manchester’s Northern Quarter, AO Arena, Spinningfields and the local Universities.
Please note that we charge a cleaning fee of £30 for shelter stays and £40 for longer stays and this will paid directly to the housekeeper.

Great location, great flat. Lost hot water in our second week, the agent (on behalf of the owner) seemed to try to fix but kept saying that the water was warm when they came in at 5 pm to check, and didn't want us to be without hot water while they fixed it (baffling). Yet it was cold when we got in from work a few hours later—asked for some kind of refund which never came.
They also use Keynest, which had given keys out to the wrong people, which made check-in a bit of a stress.

Thank you for your review, Luke. I’m happy to hear that you were overall comfortable. I use the KeyNest as it’s a very convenient way to allow my guests to check in, is open 24/7, allowing for great flexibility, which most of my guests appreciate. As for the keys getting mixed up that day - it was a one off and is not a standard occurrence.
I do apologise about the boiler acting up - I did all that was in my power as a host. We have now managed to get it replaced. Ana

These digs were lovely to stay in - a quick and easy walk to the Palace theatre, one parking space available and communication with Ana was easy. The flat itself is very clean and had everything we needed, with lovely showers and comfortable beds. Would recommend!
