3 double bedrooms in modern townhouse close to theatres (Ipswich)

I am new to Theatre Digs, hence the reason for very few (but fabulous!) reviews!

My home is a recently decorated 4 bedroom townhouse no more than a 10 minute walk to The Regent Theatre and 25 mins to The New Wolsey Theatre; buses run regularly to The Wolsey and there is a bus stop very close by. I have 2 allocated parking spaces available if needed.

I have three double bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room and Juliette balcony. There is also a bathroom with a powerful over bath shower for 1 or 2 guests to use, depending on whether both rooms are booked.

There is a private kitchenette for guests, on the top floor, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. Tea, coffee, milk and some nice biccies provided! There is also a folding table and chair in each bedroom for guests to enjoy a quick breakfast or supper in their own space, although guests are welcome to use the main kitchen and dining room whenever they like.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen diner … and not forgetting a ‘bar!’ aptly named The New Inn (my surname is New)… though I may change this to The Stage Door in due course!

There is also a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a dining table to seat up to 6 people.

For guests staying for a week or more, I can offer a complimentary laundry service; laundry baskets provided in each bedroom.
