As of 26th July 2026 I will have to add a 5% levy for the first 5 days of your stay. This is a tourist tax which is required by Edinburgh City Council. This should be paid in cash on arrival.

Staying with Fiona was a real Joy - best nights sleep I’ve had since on tour. Very Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Fiona is absolutely lovely too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I’ll definitely be back :)

An excellent stay at Fiona’s. It’s such a short walk from the playhouse you can see it from the doorstep. Lovely basement flat full of character, and Fiona is a brilliant friendly and communicative host. Would stay again in an instant
