The Area and Transport
Self Contained ground floor of my 1920s house with living room area, TV and Fireplace. Separate Utility Room with basic Cooking facilities, walk in shower and separate toilet. Own access via lane and garden and off road car parking. There is a view of Mumbles lighthouse.
This is a fantastic location, great for Swansea Grand Theatre (29min walk / 8 min drive / 13 min bus) and the Patti Pavilion and Taliesin are even closer.

This space is not shared with anyone else.
The whole area is private for the guests use only however I may ask to use the washing machine if you are staying longer term, at convenient times to you.

There is a dedicated smoking / vaping area on your own private patio right outside your entrance (the garden patio doors) which must remain closed while smoking.
Other rules are that pets and guests are not permitted to stay on the property without host prior approval

I spent the first half of the week in the spare room as the basement flat was double booked. I was able to use it for the last few nights and it was very nice. You can hear people walking around upstairs in the main house though.

Double bed in the corner of a large room which contains TV, Three seater settee and armchair. Fridge in a recess. Separate bathroom with shower. Kettle and microwave downstairs but full use of the kitchen upstairs on the ground floor.
It's the whole of the basement of the house with French windows opening onto the garden.
You need to like cats as one uses the bathroom window to access the garden, and beyond.
Genial hostess.
All this for £20 per night. Excellent value
