Pat was super friendly and really quick with responses. The flat is so close to the beach which was great and a decent walk to the theatre for work. Would book again!

Really comfortable and welcoming digs in Brighton. Right by the sea front and a short walk to the Theatre. Had a great stay!

Really lovely, cosy flat in Kemptown. The nieghbourhood is great, lots of nice cafes and pubs and a co-op right next to the flat. Pat was a great host - she greeted me on arrival and there was fresh milk in the fridge and assorted teas to make use of. It's an enjoyable walk into the centre for The Theatre Royal.

A cracking wee flat if you're looking to splash out on a self-contained. Really lovely area with great independent shops, and a lovely walk to the theatre either through town or along the beach if you have a bit more time. Feels very much like a home from home. The terrace is an extra lovely feature!

A great place to stay: really cosy, such a comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you might need. The wee courtyard is lovely for a morning cuppa too. Brilliant location, a pleasant walk to the town centre. The local bakery is especially fab, as is the outdoor heated pool at the end of the road.

A perfect guest. So clean and tidy wouldn’t know he had even been there. Very friendly and would be very welcome to stay again.

Lovely place to stay and so close to the beach. Was a pleasant walk to the theatre with lots of coffee shops, and food places along the way. The temperature dial in the shower was awaiting being fixed while I was there and it cost a bit more than I would normally choose but paid for the great location. Patricia was very friendly and I would definitely recommend here

Great flat delightfully close to the sea, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. An easy 15 min walk to the city centre with many lovely coffee shops, bars and quirky shops along the route. Pat is a lovely host. I would highly recommend these digs.

Had a lovely stay in this basement flat. Lots of useful facilities in and around the property. Easy commute into the theatre. Would 100% stay again and recommend. 10/10

This is absolutely my first choice of digs in Brighton!

Great stay. Pat explained everything and showed us some beach stuff to use for our little one ! We’re grateful for the stay and would Gladly stay again. You can see the sea from the front door and it was an easy 20 minute to our venue. Recommended!

Pat was very warm and welcoming. Perfect digs for the theatre. Fully equipped and she had milk in the fridge for me which is always lovely. Nice and clean . Comfy bed . Great en-suite. Beach next door ! Which was wonderful. A treat . Thank you x

A truly lovely place that’s 3 minutes from the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants the buzzy community that is Kemp Town- the flat itself is quirky and characterful and really comfortable and Pat couldn’t be a more welcoming host

Lovely little flat, enjoyed our stay here lots. It’s worth noting that the shower was quite low for my tall partner to get into it but he managed! Patricia was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Patricia welcomed us warmly and our stay at her flat was just perfect. Comfortable with all mod cons, 5 mins to the sea and 15 mins to the middle of town. A real home from home.

I had a wonderful Christmas here! Patricia was a great host...met me at the property, welcomed me with decs, flowers & bubbles & was Very helpful!
The flat is cozy & the location great...seconds from the sea and a lovely 15 min walk to the theatre!
