Living with Host

What does this mean?

One spacious loft room with double bed with exclusive access to the main bathroom (shower/bath/toilet) downstairs on first floor. (We have an ensuite in our bedroom). There is a small fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. You also have use of our 2nd lounge with large TV. Our kitchen can be used for washing up and you have free use of our washing machine and dryer.

There is free parking in front of the house

The Area and Transport

We are situated in Western Park, 2 miles from Curve so a 45min walk but served by frequent buses from Hinckley Rd (4mins walk) or Glenfield Rd (2mins walk). We have a detached house on a tree-lined street, minutes from picturesque Western Park (our garden backs onto it). Denis and Ann are your hosts. We are a retired couple and have been doing Theatre Digs on an off for 5 years.

Loved Denis and Ann’s place. Wonderful, easy going hosts. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and a view over the lovely park (which would’ve been great for a run but we were tech-ing). Thank you both - if I ever come back to The Curve I’ll be in touch!

Denis and Anne were so lovely and accommodating. Their house was beautiful, clean and peaceful, and the room had everything I needed for my stay. They also have a lovely cat! The walk to the Curve isn't short, but absolutely doable - I walked it every morning for two weeks just fine. I will definitely aim to stay with Denis and Anne if I return to Leicester again, and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for digs in Leicester.
