What does this mean?

I can provide you with a bright and comfortable room, with access to good WIFI.

You will share a clean and modern bathroom with one other letting room.

There is a tea tray in your bedroom and you are welcome to share the kitchen with myself and other guests.

You are also welcome to use the garden (and to smoke outside).

There is cat, called Marley, who is very friendly (especially if you have cheese!).

The house is a 10 minute walk from the Marlowe and Malthouse Theatres and a 15 minute walk to the Gulbenkian Arts Centre.

There is free on street parking.
