Stylish light and modern 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet side street in the heart of Liverpool City centre.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a new build residential apartment block. There's a large open plan kitchen / living room which is freshly painted, a modern decor with furnishings from Ikea and John Lewis, Samsung 42" HD TV, DVD Player, DVD's and an L shape sofa bed for the occasional guest. If you wish to be 3 people please advise me in advance. There's a Juliet balcony thus it's light and airy.
The kitchen is compact yet modern and fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, large built in fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and everything else you'd find at home.
The bedroom is a good size and complete with double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom is compact with 1/2 size bath and shower.
The apartment is painted, wooden flooring throughout, fast wifi connection
Guest Parking
Unfortunately there is no free parking albeit there are many paid parking options nearby.
The Area and Transport
A 1 bedroom apartment located in the city centre just a 2 minute walk to the Empire Theatre and Lime Street train station, a 5 minute walk to the Everyman Theatre and 10minutes to the Philharmonic. The bus stop terminal is a 5 minute walk. You couldn't ask for a better location.

Really lovely flat and everything I needed. Fantastic location, literally a 3 minute walk from the Empire, couldn't be any closer. Would love to stay again!

A nice, comfy flat. Good walking distance from the theatre (Playhouse).
The only reason I have dropped a point for location is that whilst I was ok, I would be hesitant to recommend to a solo woman. This is because the road that it is on is quite isolated and often had small groups of men hovering about.

Happy you liked the flat. It is set up to feel like home! Liverpool is a party city and plenty of airbnbs with hen and stag parties so often all male / female groups on the streets of an evening. Stay there often as a single female and not had concerns or any issues.

A perfect spot for the Empire theatre. Supper close and the apartment is brilliant. Real nice space with the living room/ kitchen that makes it feel really easy to relax and make it feel like home, with all the entertainment you could want on the TV. I absolutely loved staying there and would love to stay again

Brilliant location and lovely flat. Perfect for the Empire and Lime Street Station. Literally on the door step. Stacey was a brilliant host and let me just get on with it. Can't wait to stay again.

A lovely bright apartment with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Handy for the Empire Theatre. The only issue I had was with the damp smell in the bathroom. The shower screen was broken and the shower curtain needed replaced.
