Relax at this peaceful place to stay, a spare room in our beautiful home in a quiet area in Wellingborough. Ideal for a single person or a couple. Have the use of the facilities, including the Kitchen, Dining room and lounge area, With a beautiful outside space patio area, allowing outside dining and BBQ area.
We are ideally located 2-3 minutes from the train station by car or 10 minute walk. Access to Wi-Fi, no pets we do allow smoking only outside.

The space

Great warm modern bedroom with a King Size bed. There is a Apple pod in the room to assist with turning the lights on and off or just simply play a little music. You can even Bluetooth your own music to the apple pod.

Close to the historic market town centre of Higham Ferrers and the great new shopping complex of Rushden Lakes

Guest access would be via the main front door.
Other things to note

We would be open to company corporate bookings and longer stays. Just simply message me and I am sure we could come to an arrangement.

We are only a short car journey to the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough. Also fantastic connections for the Royal Derngate Theatre and Lighthouse Theatres.

Smoking only allowed outside only and cigarettes disposed of in the fire proof bin at the side of the house. NO SMOKING ALLOWED WHAT SO EVER INSIDE THE PROPERTY.

No eating of food in the room, sincere apologies. Any food can be eaten at our beautiful bespoke handcrafted 8 seater table in our dining room or why not enjoy your food sat in our outside dining area if the weather is with us either during the day or a romantic lit garden. Thank you.
