I would be delighted to welcome you to my flat, which contains a cozy room ideally located for theatre professionals. You'll share the space with myself, an Irish Primary school teacher in my 20s.

The room is in a prime location within Glasgow City Centre and is within walking distance of most major theatres in Glasgow. The Pavilion Theatre, Theatre Royal, and the Royal Concert Hall are all just a 5 minute walk away. The King's Theatre is roughly a 10 minute walk away and there are a number of buses that leave from outside the flat which will get you there in 5 minutes.

Further travel is simpler, with Queen Street train station a 5 minute walk away, and Glasgow Central train station less than 10 minutes on foot. From these stations you can travel to Edinburgh or to further locations throughout the UK.

Keep in mind, there's no parking at the property, but you can find overnight car parks nearby if you need them. Also, because it's in the city center, some cars might not be allowed due to the Low Emission Zone. A number of bus routes pass by the flat, which can take you around Glasgow with ease.

The room has a snug small double bed. Although the room itself is not large, you will also have access to the spacious kitchen/living room and to the shared bathroom which will be shared with myself.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook meals, and there's plenty of room in the fridge and cupboards for your stuff. The bathroom contains a bath and over-bath electric shower.

The room is available for one guest only and I ask that you would not bring other guests to the property during the day. Also, no smoking within the property, please.

It's a chill place to stay, perfect for winding down after a busy day in the theatre scene. As I work as a Primary School teacher, I will be out of the flat Monday to Friday from 8am until roughly 5pm/6pm. I teach piano on some evenings, which mostly takes place in the student's own home, although I do have one online lesson that I teach from the flat. There is a keyboard available in the flat that I would be more than happy to share with you.

I had a very easy and comfortable stay with Sorcha, and even when she wasn’t there in person, communication was swift and excellent if I needed to enquire about anything.

Sorcha was a lovely host. Location is super central and close to the centre. As it’s so central it is a bit noisy but earplugs were provided so no bother for a heavy sleeper.

I had a wonderful time at Sorcha’s flat. She has laid out everything for you to have the best stay and was very kind and responsive. The instructions manual was very helpful and the place was immaculate. It’s also in a central location and close to good shape and places to eat. I really would recommend this lovely room!
