Spacious double room (can be configured as twin) in normally quiet bright comfortable house.
Fishergate/Fulford area.
Two bathrooms/showers sole use of one if necessary.
Lovely south facing garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
Piano/ music room.
Use of family kitchen/ dining room.
Short (20 mins) walk into town along the river so easy access for most theatres, NCEM, Barbican. Buses every 10 mins to town/ station ( 5 mins to town).
No smoking inside the house. We have a cat.

We only have one guest or couple sharing at a time. The guest has use of a separate bathroom. Hosts have been double vaccinated and expect guests to have been vaccinated too please unless medical exemption.
