9-12 min drive, 14-24 mins by bus or 24 min walk from The Albert Halls Bolton,
We're close to the motorway and a 5 minute drive from Bolton Centre.

There are 4 single beds, a king-size bed and a double sofa bed.

Cosy 3 bed bungalow in a great location, just 5 mins drive from Bolton centre.
There's off road parking, a spacious, tree lined private rear garden and patio.
There is a corner shop less than a 5 min walk.
Bolton train/bus station is 1 mile away.
Located close to the A666 dual carriageway giving access to M61, Manchester centre or Airport in 25 mins.
5 mins drive to Bolton Town centre, The Police Station, Bolton Bus station.
10 mins drive to Bolton Royal Hospital, and The University of Bolton.

The space is fully furnished, decorated and is all on the ground floor.

All bedrooms:
Have a garment rail on which to hang clothes, bed-side table with lamp and there is a bath and hand-towel per person.

The Kitchen:
In the kitchen all cutlery and utensils such as pots, pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer are provided. There is also a washer/dryer.

The Lounge:
The lounge has a 3 person sofa which is a sofa-bed too, 1 armchair, some extra stools, coffee tables, a TV with virgin media. There is a large dining table for 6 people here too.

Ground Floor:
Has front garden, porch area, Lounge/diner, kitchen with breakfast bar, back garden, bathroom, bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a workspace and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

We could have up to a max of 8 people.

You have access to the whole of the ground floor of the bungalow [REMOVED] lounge, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. You can also access the patio and garden up to the fences.
