To Be Or Not To Be & Be (Southend-on-Sea, Essex)

Three double rooms, sharing a guest bathroom on their own floor of a stunningly beautiful 4 storey Victorian townhouse, situated in the wonderful Dickensian Clifftown conservation area, a scenic 7 minute walk along the cliffs to Cliffs Pavilion & a 20 minute walk to the Palace.
Honesty Bar is on the basement level, housed in the dining room/lounge, which you have almost exclusive use of. You can chill out here at any time, as I only use it on the odd occasion of a weekend when you're all the theatre. I have my own lounge, bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor, so you'll be undisturbed on the guest floor.
We share the large, well equipped kitchen on the basement level, in which you have your own basket space to store dry goods & plenty of dedicated fridge space.
Help yourselves to the oils & spice drawer if you fancy cooking up a storm. a well-stocked honesty bar.
You're welcome to relax in the garden during daylight/early evening hours. Each room has a TV/DVD player & tea/coffee making facilities. Good wi-fi throughout the house.
Parking outside is metred bays only, but I can get access (from friendly neighbours in adjacent roads) to a very limited number of visitor permits for street parking a few yards away. You'll need to be willing to join me in a little skullduggery, where I use an erasable pen for the date. Please let me know in advance if you require these permits. I don't charge for them.
Southend Central Station (C2C) is a mere 5 min walk from the house.
Southend Victoria Station (Greater Anglia Abellio) is a 15 min walk.
The only house rules are the 99% obvious, to avoid my home being burgled or burned down - I shall furnish you with these in your welcome folder.
Other than that, you will find me very laid back & non intrusive. You can have as little or as much contact with me as you like - I take my lead from my Guests.
Additional guests allowed only with prior notice at a small additional cost of £10 per night if they are staying over.
Smokers welcome, but obviously no smoking inside the house.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LATE NIGHT CHECK IN IS NOT AVAILABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SO ENSURE YOU CHECK IN BEFORE CURTAIN UP ON THE FIRST NIGHT.
