Living with Host

Update - Whilst Theatr Clwyd is being renovated, rehearsals may be taking place in Mold centre just 11 minutes walk from my digs.

Surrounded on all sides by beautiful North Wales countryside my home is only a 6 minute drive or 35 minute walk from Theatre Clwyd and less than 30 minute's drive from Chester.

Virtually self-contained, you will enjoy a double bedroom with hanging/shelving space and views of the countryside, your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink plus a small lounge with leather sofa, desk, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, Wifi and Google Chromecast - all for your exclusive use.

Free off-street parking is included. You can enjoy a smoke/vape in the rear garden but not in the house please.

An additional guest (sharing the double) is welcome at an additional nominal £10 per night.

Mold is an attractive small market town and is just a 15 minute walk away. It has a full range of shops, leisure centre with swimming pool and supermarkets.

I am happy to leave you to come and go as you please and/or to enjoy a chat and some social time if you prefer.

We have two very well behaved resident cats although they are not allowed upstairs or in the personal guest rooms.

Everyone is welcome at my digs. Please be aware that the front and back doors both have high thresholds. The interior stairs are normal for a modern house and are split in the middle by a small landing. There are steps down to the back garden. Please contact me so that we can discuss your needs.
