Set on Bath Street in the center of Southport, (Walking distance to all of the theaters).

The Braemar has reached the final of the Liverpool City Region Tourism Award for 2021 in the category of Best B&B/Guesthouse of the year.

The Braemar provides top quality four-star (Self rated) bed & breakfast accommodation. Guests return time and time again knowing that this well-run guesthouse offers superb value for money. We can sleep 14 at The Braemar.

Each room is en-suite (Shower & WC) with desk and TV and there is a no smoking policy throughout.
Each guest is given a goody bag on arrival containing Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Biscuits, Tissues and the Wifi Code. Bottled water is provided in each room. Guests also have use of a guest lounge which features a work and reading area. There is free WiFi throughout the property.

The Braemar is licensed for alcohol and has some free parking in front of the hotel.

We have three single rooms priced from £45 per night and three Twins/Doubles priced from £65 per night - We also have a family room (Containing a double bed and a single bed) priced from £89 per night - We also have a Large King room at £73 per night.

For those guests wishing to sample our breakfast service, we offer Fresh fruit, cereals and yogurts, along with tea, coffee, fruit juices and toast followed by a full cooked breakfast of Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, beans, tomato, eggs and black pudding (as per the photo) or any combination thereof. All the above for the bargain price of £7.00 per person per night. If guests require specific diets, please speak to us prior to your booking. We cater for vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.
