Sunny room close to town and theatres (Nottingham)

The house is in a conservation area surrounded by trees but only twenty minutes walk or a quick bus ride to town/theatres.

It's in a quiet narrow avenue. There is plenty of on road parking on Hamilton road just opposite.

The room is on the 2nd floor. The bed is very comfy. It has a similar bed underneath so can become 2 singles or even a king size bed. There is a desk, tea making facilities and room to store clothes.

The beautiful big bathroom just below the bedroom is shared with me and the guests in the other room but there is also a downstairs loo and shower. The bath and shower are huge and hot water is plentiful.

On the ground floor is a large kitchen diner you are welcome to use anytime. I love cooking and eating so have lots of supplies and equipment if you like to do that too.

Outside is a beautiful garden to sit in or smoke if you want.

There is wifi and a washing machine.

I have a busy life including work, gardening, friends and grand children.

I am generally friendly but happy to let you get on with your own thing. I don't mind what time you come and go so long as it doesn't disturb me.
