Sunny double room, on the first floor beside the modern, shared bathroom. There are thick velvet curtains which keep out the light. (There is a second toilet on the ground floor)
The house, which was built in 1779, is on 4 floors. It is comfortable and deceptively spacious.
You have free use of the sitting/dining room on the ground floor, and the large kitchen.
There is Wifi, a TV in the bedroom and TV with cable/netflix in the sitting room.
It his essential that you like animals - I share the house with a very friendly Irish Terrier, Arkle, and a cat, Peru. They are likely to want to pay you a visit if you choose to leave your door open!
A very relaxed house - help yourself to drinks, and whatever is in the house for breakfast
There is a sunny roof terrace, and if you like the beach it is a 2 min walk, 5 min walk to the Theatre Royal Brighton.
Parking in Brighton is expensive, so if you are intending to drive I can let you know where you may park.
