Stylish Large Double and comfortable Single - For That Home From Home Experience (Doncaster)

I have a lovely and stylish single bed room available. There is adequate storage under the bed and a bedside table. Also, if required there is a music system available

I also have a large double room with double bed available. The room has considerable storage space with a chest of drawers and wardrobe for the guest to use. The room also has a DVD/TV for use.

The house is clean and spacious and has a large kitchen with very modern equipment & two fridges.

The property also comprises of a conservatory which the guest can use at their leisure.

Although I am a live-in Landlord, I travel a little bit and so I'm not always here so that would give any potential guest their space and quiet time to prepare/plan for their show etc.

That said when I am about I am as accommodating and helpful if and when required. If I am cooking and my guest is about, for sure I will gladly provide for them (providing they like what I am cooking) 😂

The property is located a five - ten minute car/bus drive from the town centre where The Cast and Little Theatres are situated.

Furthermore, the house is situated about 25 minutes drive or a 14 minute train ride from Sheffield city centre, who have a host of theatres including The Lyceum and The Crucible

The property is a four bedroomed semi - detached with hi specification interior. The super large kitchen and bathroom have recently been upgraded.

You are a five minute walk from the historic Cusworth Hall with vast open spaces and lakes to relax in the day or evening or as you choose.

You would have the free use of a quality mountain bike and helmet if the tenant so chooses to make use of this.

There are 3 large double bed rooms plus a spacious single bed room

There is parking on the drive for 3 vehicles plus there is a garage.
