The sole-use of shower room (plus toilet, basin, mirror and storage) is on the ground floor.
A newly-fitted garden kitchen is available for sole-use, which includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, combination microwave and grill, oven, inductions hob and ample cupboards and shelving. Access to this is through the main kitchen of the house. There is also a small fridge/freezer and kettle in the basement studio room itself .

In terms of access to various London theatres, The Almeida, Sadlers Wells, The KIngs Head, The Pleasance, The Tower and The Little Angel Puppet Theatre are all within easy walking distance being between 0.5 to 1.2 miles from the house.
The West End Theatreland (between 2 to 3 miles) can be accessed via the excellent transport links (tubes/buses/overground) from a choice of either Angel, Highbury and Islington, Kings Cross and Caledonian Road and Barnsbury, which are all within 5 to 15 minute walk.
There is a delightful designated outside space and dining area for guest's use in the gardens at the property.
in terms of enjoying the outdoors elsewhere in the area, there is an attractive park diagonally opposite the house (1 minute walk away) and a large choice of pretty garden squares, all nearby, and nestled within the idyllic residential setting of Barnsbury.
Highbury Fields provides a larger space, ideal for jogging and playing tennis, and is just over a 10 minute walk away.
There are also 3 highly recommended local gastro pubs with outside spaces and beautiful beer gardens.
This would be ideal accommodation for an entertainment professional looking for somewhere homely, quiet and very private, with the added benefit of a private shower room and kitchen, in a beautiful area with great transport links!

There are 9 steps down from the ground floor to the basement where the studio is located.
The front garden path leading to the front door also has one step up.
There is a full range of cleaning supplies provided so the guest can undertake their own cleaning during their stay. These include: disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes or spray, antibacterial hand sanitiser, extra hand soap and sole-use of a hoover.
Prior to check-in, the studio is thoroughly cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists and high-touch surfaces are sanitised down to the doorknob.
Cleaning is a priority and protective gear is worn to help prevent cross-contamination.
