Yvonne is a great host. Friendly but not at all intrusive. The house is lovely and spotlessly clean. Bed is very comfy. It is about a 30min walk to the Curve but I would advise against walking at night. You must have a car or take a taxi/bus.

There is a large Tesco very close by for groceries etc... read more . I would definitely stay here again.

FYI - Muggings around the theatre area are not uncommon so keep your wits about you. Don't walk through the grave yard near the theatre as that is where they tend to operate.

Wow! What amazing digs!! Yvonne is not only lovely, welcoming and kind but also has the most spotless house with a super comfy room (big bed)! I loved staying here and would highly recommend!

Walk to theatre takes about 20mins, big Tesco close by and lots of time to yourself in the day when Yvonn... read more e's at work. She's super chilled and makes you feel very relaxed in her lovely home!

Will definitely go back if I'm ever in Leicester again!

Really comfortable room, extremely clean and tidy with a lovely friendly host. Everything was as described and owner was out at work during day so had run of the house. Close to a big tesco and some cool bars. A bit far from the de Montfort hall where I was working (about a 25/30 min walk) but was wo... read more rth it. Would recommend.
