Spacious Ground Floor En-Suite Double Room (Cardiff)

Beautifully renovated Victorian terraced property in the centre of Cardiff.

The room available is a stunning ground floor double bedroom which comprises of en-suite private bathroom with WC/Sink above toilet. The room has recently been redecorated to a high standard with new blackout curtains.

The room has its own access to the back garden. the room has a TV and very good WIFI.

The house has a large light and spacious kitchen which has also been renovated which guests are free to use. Please note we do not have a microwave.

We have also taken on board some comments from previous guests and have added a clothes rail with hangers and drawer space for guests who prefer to unpack.

The property is a 10 minute walk into the city centre and the main theatres and a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in the local area.

There is 1 permanent prof lodger in the house. we are a very creative household and gay friendly property.

Smoking is permitted but outside.
