Spacious Ensuite Double Room (Plymouth)

A spacious bedroom with its own bathroom in a 2-bedroom flat right at the top of a 5 storeys period Grade II listed building with views across the City of Plymouth.

It is sited only a few hundred yards from The Hoe Promenade with the city centre and all other main attractions such as the Theatre Royal, the Barbican and the National Marine Aquarium, a stones-throw away!

You have access to the fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the lounge's external wall had to be completely re-plastered and that room won't be accessible for a few months.

The other bedroom is often occupied by a mature student or another guest, so can I ask you to be very considerate with noise? And please no parties.

For fire safety reasons no lighting of candles, scented sticks or fires in the antique chimney.

Please note that the balance of the rental will be payable by bank transfer before the end of your stay.

On your last day, could we ask you to leave your room before 12 noon and to bring all the rubbish in the brown wheelie bin downstairs outside the front porch? Thank you!
