Looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home? I have a lovely furnished room available in my clean, quiet two bedroom flat. Perfect for someone who values a relaxed, respectful environment.

No shoes indoors – helps keep the place cozy and clean!
No guests, please – this keeps the space quiet and private for everyone.
No access to the living room during weekdays as I work from home, but it’s all yours to relax in at other times.
No smoking in the flat.

If you’re a friendly, considerate professional looking for a hassle-free home with easy-going house rules, this might be the perfect fit!

The flat is on the first floor, no lift is available and it is one flight of stairs.

The flat is a very close to the centre of Manchester and the following can be walked..

HOME- 15 mins
Bridgewater Hall-20mins
RNCM- 15 mins
Palace theatre – 15 minutes
Opera house – 25minutes
Contact Theatre - 25 mins
Royal Exchange theatre– 30 minutes
Oxford Road train station – 15minutes
Piccadilly train station -25 minutes

There is a local Morrisons 5 minutes walk and a Coop 10 mins walk.

A secure car park is available at no extra charge. I will require a £30 cash deposit for the key fob.

I had a fantastic stay here while working at the Opera House! Manjit was so kind, welcoming and made me feel totally at home. The secure parking was one of the main reasons I booked (so convenient), but I really loved staying here. So clean, comfortable and cosy. I would absolutely stay again if work brings me back to Manchester. Thanks again Manjit for being such a lovely host!

Manjit was a wonderful host. She was always happy to help with anything, not just digs related. The flat is tidy and stylish, with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen is small but functional, and the shower/ bath is great, with space allocated for your wash bag items. The flat is located directly opposite a bus stop, with many routes taking you close to the Palace Theatre, or it's a 25 minute walk if you prefer.
I would definitely recommend to anyone working at the Palace Theatre.
