Two bedrooms each with en-suite bath or shower room. Sitting room with well equipped kitchen area.

High ceilings and lots of light give this lovely apartment a bright, spacious feel. Good wi-fi (Virgin), great TV with lots of channels (including sports) and HDMI connection for your laptop readily available.

Elec and gas are on prepayment meters, other bills are included in your payment.

Parks, swimming pool, gym, indoor tennis, athletics centre and a great yoga centre are all around half a mile (1km) away, Penny Lane is around 1 mile (1.6km) away.

Theatres and Concert Halls are around 2m (3km) away. Bus services are great, and cheap, the bus stop is just 5 minutes walk away, and taxis are reasonable cost.

Everywhere in the city centre is within an hour´s walk (Pierhead 70 mins).

Nearest train stations are Wavertree Technology Park and Edge Hill, both are a 15 min walk away.

Football (and football history) at Anfield (3 miles/5km) or Goodison Park (4 miles/6.5km) is well within reach.
