The ground floor of my modern three storey home enables you to have direct access from the front entrance to your own private shower room and a double bedroom which has a sofa and TV within, providing an area to relax in privacy. A patio door provides access to the garden and decking. Use of the kitchen is shared with the homeowner on the first floor.
The house is on a quiet development of 5 houses with private drive. There is parking available on the drive or alternatively plenty of on street parking nearby.
The city centre and Derby theatre is 30 mins walk from my home, alternatively a frequent bus service takes 10 mins to the city centre. Derby train station is 2 miles away.
There are nearby convenience stores, post office, pubs, restaurants and takeaways . Choice of major supermarkets are a short drive away.
The house is modern and maintained to a high standard, so clean and tidy applicants only please.
I am a non-smoker but have no issues with a smoker if you're willing to smoke outside.
