Living with Host
I live in a two bedroom city centre flat. The guest bedroom is furnished with a three quarter sized bed and built in wardrobe. I would say, realistically, it is comfortable for one person and a squeeze for two.
Access to WiFi is included and Sky TV is available in the living room. The living/dining area is a good size while kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are quite small.
It is on the sixth floor of a tower block, there are stairs and a reliable lift.
There is a large fridge freezer, washer, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and electric cooker in the kitchen which you will have full access to. I do not own a dishwasher, tumbledryer or a microwave.
There is a bath and overhead shower so use whichever you prefer.
There are large windows with some nice views of the city.
My work schedule is unpredictable and involves working away, so you may or may not have the place to yourself for some or all of your stay.
I am happy to provide a light breakfast such as cereal or toast along with tea and coffee.
Things to be aware of before booking:
The property is in the city centre. I love the convenience but do expect some noise from traffic and people leaving pubs.
I do smoke cigarettes in the flat, out of a window when in the company of non-smokers. If you find the smell or health implications offensive this would not be suitable accommodation.
There is no parking in the immediate vicinity and near by is not cheap so do consider that before hand if you plan on driving.
Absolutely no drugs please.
While I love animals and children, the accommodation is only for adults and not suitable for pets.
