Well equipped self contained studio flat on second floor of large Victorian House. Entrance is via the main house. Kitchenette with Microwave, fridge etc. Washing machine available to use in the main kitchen on ground floor. Large TV with freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

Located in centre of Leicester, close to the Museum, town centre and De Montfort Hall. We are ideally situated for the Curve Theatre and or De Montfort Hall (panto season etc).

This studio flat has 2 king size beds if more than one person is staying. Have been hosting theatre guests for last 5 years.

I have 2 cats in case you have any allergies.
