Eight Rooms Nottingham City Theatre (Nottingham)

Our Digs are located on the first & second floor of a three storey building, minutes from Nottingham City Centre.

There are 8 Bedrooms in total, all are private and have lockable doors. Rooms 1 - 4 are on floor 1 and rooms 5-8 are on floor 2.

The first floor has a Shower room with a separate toilet, as well as a small kitchen. The second floor has a larger kitchen, a bath, shower & toilet. Each has access to shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The apartment is within 10 minutes of The Theatre Royal, The Royal Concert Hall, The Albert Hall, and Nottingham Playhouse. It is ideal for touring artists and their crew.

The accommodation has good public transport nearby and excellent shopping facilities. Our neighbourhood has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is located in a busy area - there are three mini supermarkets (Kaya Food Centre, Tesco Express and Mitchell's Supermarket) a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops, a laundry and a variety of restaurants.

Less than 10 minutes away is Nottingham City - the heart of the Capital for shopping and culture, an ideal destination for touring artists and the perfect city break. You'll be very close to some of the UK's best shops. An exciting cultural calendar awaits you with nationally recognised restaurants, bars and exceptional nightlife.

You’ll love my digs because of the comfy, spacious, private double bedrooms with double beds with fresh bed linens.

The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe with hangers, ample storage space, chest of drawers, bedside table/lamps, free Wi-Fi/internet access, a hair dryer and TVs.

Each floor has a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, tableware, cookware, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave.

Each floor will have access to a washing machine (£3 per use via an honesty box) iron and ironing board.

This is a unique digs listing because we try to make it 'home from home'. We provide all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. In addition, Nottingham offers some of the best facilities in the UK for entertainment, shopping, eating and pure relaxation.

You will be booking a private room and may be sharing the common facilities with other professionals on your floor. Only will professionals from other floors have access to your facilities.

If you wish to book as a group or be close to your friends, please let me know prior to placing your booking.

As your host, I do not live in the apartment, however I am available close-by to offer help regarding the facilities within the digs and the excellent sites including eating and entertainment Nottingham has to offer.

Please Note no pets are allowed in the property.
