Relaxed double Room a 10min walk from the theatre (Truro)

We have lovely, bright spare room available in our two bed terrace house. The bathroom is shared but is a generous size with a huge rainfall shower and deep bath. The room has lots of storage space for clothes or bags and has a desk / working space.

The kitchen and living areas are shared with us, but you're welcome to come and go as you please and treat the space as your own.

We are both in our early thirties and work in Truro and can recommend great places to eat and drink locally, if you have any spare time outside of work!

We have a little terrier called Maggie, so people that are happy to have a dog about the house are a must! She's very friendly, loves having extra attention when we have guests with us! She's also hypoallergenic.

No smoking inside the house, but we do have a private garden you can use.
There is no off-road parking, but we do have plenty of permit parking on our road for residents and we can sometimes arrange guest permits for the days you're with us for £2 a day (excluding Sundays, which are a free for all!). On occasions where permits aren't available, there is parking about a 10 min walk from us that is roughly £25 a week. We're also a very short 3 minute walk from the train station.

We are open to chatting about a parent/guardian accompanying a child who is performing at HFC. Both myself and my husband are fully DBS checked as we work with children as part of our respective jobs.
