Quiet, Relaxing, Spacious Family Home close to the Theatres. (Eastbourne)

2 well-presented spacious rooms in a large period apartment.

Room 1 is very large complete with sofa and TV, and room 2 has an armchair and TV.

Beds in both rooms are super-king size. Single occupancy welcome. Both rooms share a bathroom, which is separate from the family bathroom. Cereal and toast breakfast included. Tea/coffee etc. available 24 hours.

Partners can visit/stay on an ad-hoc basis for £20 per night extra.

Use of main sitting room and garden. Simple use of kitchen - all mod-cons. No hot food preparation/cooking/microwaving after 9.00pm - cold food only after this time.

6 minutes walk to Congress Theatre; 7 minutes walk to Devonshire Park Theatre.

We do have an old grandfather clock in our hall which chimes the hours!! The chimes can be switched off if they would keep you awake. Please just ask us!

Please note that after a booking has been made, accepted and confirmed we do ask for a 15% deposit, which together with the 10% deposit paid to the website on booking, means that you have paid 25% in advance. The remainder is payable about half-way through your stay.

Absolutely fantastic digs!

The flat is brilliant. It feels more like a house as it is very spacious. Lovely double room, TV, plenty of cupboards, sink and dressing gown provided.

Just this moment returned home from staying at these digs for the week and I can honestly say it was delightful. I was made to feel so welcome and felt at complete ease.

Lovely, large, clean bedroom (room 1) with a guest bathroom, there was also a sink in the bedroom which was handy. Everything wa... read more s so nicely organised, with lots of lovely little touches. I had absolutely no issue with the clocks chiming, they didn't wake me once.

Very close to both the Devonshire Park and the Congress theatre, not even a 10 minute walk, train station about 15 mins - ideal location!!

I only hope I tour to Eastbourne again just so I can return to these digs.

Lovely digs in Eastbourne and very reasonably priced.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and the flat is gorgeous. I say flat, but it feels more like a house as it is very spacious. Lovely double room, with own sink and dressing gown provided. :) Such a nice touch.

Grahame and Clarice are ve... read more ry helpful and if you need directions or need to know where something is they are more than happy to help, although they also give you your own space. They have a very friendly cat, who meows a lot, but this didn't bother me in the slightest. Also they have a clock which chimes on the hour, so after the first evening, Grahame was more than happy to disable the chime as my boyfriend was aware of it during the night. He was more than happy to do this, so just ask. There are a few quirky rules to abide by, but they are understandable.

A very easy and short walk to The Congress Theatre. I would recommend these digs if you are staying in Eastbourne.

The place to stay in Eastbourne. Lovely spacious room in a beautiful flat and Graeme and his wife are the perfect hosts.

Just a short walk to the theatres and seafront.

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating without being obtrusive.

Home has lots of character and room was incredibly spacious and comfortable.
