Queens House is a modern & stylish 3 bedroom home located approx 1.5 miles from Bmth beaches & a short stroll from Bmth train station. Ideal for families with children, groups of friends & groups needing to stay together, this cosy home is well equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds & one double bed. A separate living room & dining room and fully equipped kitchen means you can cook up a feast & the rear enclosed garden with fire pit is a hit with all our guests!

The recently refurbished accommodation is set over two floors:
On the ground floor, we have a bright living room with two comfortable sofas, an armchair sat under the pretty bay window, a coffee table and Smart TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast during your stay. From a coffee machine to a kettle and a toaster, we have all the kitchen essentials to help you feel at home. There is a separate dining room which comfortably seats six guests. Both the kitchen and dining room have access to the patio garden.
Sleeping arrangements-Head upstairs to our three ample bedrooms and family bathroom. All the bedrooms are carpeted, so you can step out of bed in comfort. You’ll find one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, an ideal set-up for family stays. We also have a cot bed available upon request.
The family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and a heated towel rail.
Suntrap garden -The gravel garden is a great place to gather with family or friends around the fire pit and dine al-fresco on warmer evenings.
We're just a 10-minute walk from Charminster Road, which has a variety of bars and restaurants.
Bournemouth's town centre and beach are a 25-minute walk away, and buses that run frequently in the area can get you there in less than 10 minutes. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find Tesco Express and Aldi supermarkets.
Our home is suited to families or friends looking for a relaxing and low-key break. Or for business travellers and contractors looking for short to mid-term stays. We welcome one well-behaved dog for a small fee of £40.
Regrettably, we have a strict NO HENS, NO STAGS, NO PARTIES and NO EVENTS policy in place.
The safety and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance to us.
Guest access
For the duration of their stay, our guests have full access to the entire property, including the garden.

For added security, the front of the house has outdoor CCTV.

Please note we require a security deposit of £300 GBP for the property, which is refundable subject to no significant damages / breakages / our Terms & Conditions of booking.

Please note we will invoice you for your booking. We require that all bookings are paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
