Bright room in my home.
No en-suite but there are 2 bathrooms so not really an issue.
Access to kitchen, sitting room or a separate sitting room if preferred.
20 mins into town - easy to walk too.
Harborne really lovely area lots of good restaurants.
Occasionally teenage son will be there too but he is house trained and very pleasant!
