Beautiful double room, close to all theatres (Liverpool )

Hello. A lovely spare double room with shelves, drawers and hanging space and large window towards the back of my house and right next to a large and beautiful shared bathroom. There is also a separate shower room just off the kitchen downstairs if you would like to have your own shower room.

The house has recently been refurbished and is in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 1 mile away from Hope Street and the Georgian Quarter and 2 miles to The Empire. There are convenient shops and transport 1 minute walk away and free on street parking if needed.

Great transport links and friendly, peaceful neighbourhood, this is a great home. Liverpool is so easy to get around so being slightly away from the theatres is not a problem because the walk/ride in to town is always easy. You can walk past the Cathedral everyday if you like sightseeing.

I can provide towels and bed linen, tea/coffee and the use of the the kitchen, even a lunch box if you want.

I do ask for either your passport number or drivers license number in advance as Theatredigs do not provide any security for the host. I am willing to discuss this in advance if you wish.

I am often out during the day and am sometimes away during the weekends and I can offer convenient out of hours key collection if I am unavailable.
