Theatre Digs Booker Presents: Home away from Home (Manchester)

2 recently renovated double rooms available in a very large 3 bedroom, Victorian, detached house, situated at the end of a quiet, leafy, cul-de-sac. The house has a spacious, comfortable living room, a large open plan kitchen/dining room and a well equipped utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet). There are gardens to the front and rear of the house and ample car parking and bike storage.

Located in the the Levenshulme/West Point area of Manchester, it is great for the city centre and the universities being just 1 stop on the train or a short bike ride.

The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, and Amazon FireTV. Fast wireless internet is also included. There are two bathrooms.

The house is shared with 2 other friendly professionals and an adorable Golden Retriever called Chester. Freshly made bread and log fires are frequent features of the house in winter; cake and Pimms in the summer!
