There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, toilet & bath with overhead electric shower and the house sleeps 8 comfortably with a Sofa bed in the Lounge.

There is Free WIFI & Parking for 1 car. Additional parking space is available in a public parking area for a fee.

It’s ideally located for ease of access to the A127 and A13 motorways to enable you to get to most areas in and around Basildon. Southend Airport is only 30mins away from this large beautiful home. Getting into Central London is easier via C2C which takes you direct into London in 30mins.

All amenities you would need at home are provided, kitchen amenities, toiletries, hotel style towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
There is loads of storage space in the house with drawers and wardrobes for hanging clothes.
You have the privacy as the whole house is available for use during your stay. This includes a parking space for your car at the front of the house and a lovely backyard garden perfect for relaxing with friends when the weather permits.

This home is in a quiet residential area where you can relax and enjoy after a full day at work away from the hustle and bustle of it all.

Meet and greet service is available on arrival at property during daytime hours. You will be provided with sets of keys upon check in which are to be returned upon check out.

There is a damage deposit of £250 payable upon booking. This is refundable upon check out provided no damage has been caused to the property.

There are loads of shops around the area. A convenience shop for that late hour last minute shop is just 2 minutes’ walk from the house. Pubs, chicken and chippie shops, and even nice restaurants if you fancy treating yourself, colleagues or family are within a walking distance from the house.

This nice 4 bed house is nicely located for walks in the nearby Gloucester Park, a swim in the Olympic size swimming pool at the sporting village and there are 2 gyms near the house.

Eastgate shopping complex with most high street shops is under 10 minutes’ walk from the house or a short drive to Lakeside shopping center can be done via the A13 or A127.

It's Ideal for night out in Brentwood, an adventurous day filled with fun at Adventure Island or just a chilled day by the sea front.

The house is 25 minutes’ walk to Basildon hospital, 15 min walk to Festival leisure center with nice restaurants and pubs. 20 min walk to the sporting village.

There is also a bus stop a minute away to take you to the main bus terminal if you don't want to walk the 10 min to the bus terminal in the town center.
