Almost self contained!
The cellar is converted and includes a double bedroom, own private lounge,TV room, toilet, sink and fully stocked kitchenette, including fridge freezer, microwave, small oven and Hob. You also have your own entrance.
There also is a second double bedroom,on another floor, with a separate shower room that serves both bedrooms.
A bright modern four story Victorian house in a leafy suburb of Manchester.
10 minutes by train to the city centre and the theatres, plus 10 minutes by car to Media City.
The train station is a 3 minute walk away with regular trains into the city centre taking 10/15 minutes.
There is also lovely large back garden which I am happy to share.
