This digs is a cosy and recently renovated home, 12 minutes from the city centre! It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom mid terrace house with a brick paved driveway large enough for a van and you will have sole/full access to the entirety of the property! It also has a lovely fenced and private back garden too.

The property has 2 single beds in Bedroom 1, 2 single beds in Bedroom 2 and 1 single bed in Bedroom 3. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed and can sleep 2 as a double bed. The bedrooms all have a mirror in, lamp, rail with hangers and there is a hairdryer available to use as well. We also have extension leads so there are plenty of plug sockets. Linens and towels all provided.

Our kitchen has a 4 seater dining table with 2 extra stools too if needed. Downstairs there is also a separate utility area with washing machine and Persil if needed, and the hoover/mop/bucket is kept here too. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, crockery, pots, pans, hand towels, tea towels, fairy liquid -everything you might need! Complimentary small milk pots and popcorn is provided upon arrival also.

There is a WC downstairs and then the full bathroom is upstairs, with a shower over bath. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided too.

The property itself was recently renovated throughout and is furnished and decorated to a high standard, with a sage green theme throughout! From the garden there is a small gate that leads to the side alleyway where the wheelie bins are kept too, this can also be accessed from the front of the property, without a gate.

It is only 5 minutes drive from the Etihad and Co-op Live, and it takes around 12 minutes to get into the city centre, and around 15 minutes to get to the Palace Theatre without traffic.
