Other things to note:

1. Luxe Living by Sophia will require a cleaning fee of £95, payable at least 1-2 weeks before your check-in together with the remaining amount due.

2. A refundable Deposit of £150 will also be required 1-2 weeks before the check-in, this will be part of the invoice. The fee will cover any damages or extra deep cleaning required after your check-out.

3. We will require fortnightly cleans (invoiced to the guests) for long stays.
